Worried about users abusing this to ping everyone? No worries, the bot checks that the user has permissions to mention a role before selecting someone from that role.
Want to ping only users with a specific role? Ping that role right after the bot ping, without a space in between.
Want to only ping online users? Run sosettings online_only 1.
Don't want the bot to take over your message? Start your message with noping or nosomeone!
Don't have perms to ping any role? The bot'll ignore you completely!
